Terms and Conditions

We at freddy.solar develop, sell and rent plug-in solar systems to private and commercial users (you).

Conclusion of contract

Unless otherwise agreed, we accept orders via our web shop. After checking the data, we confirm the order. We may refuse the order without giving reasons. In this case, the full purchase price will be refunded for those services that have not yet been delivered. Our offer is only valid in the European Union.

Prices

All prices in our web shop include statutory sales tax. The amount of sales tax depends on the country of delivery. Choose the delivery country during the ordering process. Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.

Payment and property

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. Payments are due in advance. We process the order after the agreed payment terms have been met. In the event of a delay in payment, we may charge interest on arrears at the rate of 4% annually. The goods remain our property until full payment.

Shipment

If you do not accept the goods and you want us to deliver them again, you will have to pay the delivery costs again. The agreed delivery period begins with the transmission of the order confirmation. The goods must be checked immediately for damage. Complaints concerning the shipping service provider must be documented and communicated quickly.

Withdrawal from the purchase

Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, you may withdraw from the purchase without reason. We accept the withdrawal from the contract in writing, e.g. by e-mail (office@freddy.energy) or via our contact forms. This period begins with the acceptance of the goods. After a withdrawal you must send back all goods immediately. You must return the goods in the same condition in which you received them. You pay the costs for the return shipment yourself. After we receive the goods, we will refund your money immediately.

Complaints, guarantees and warranties

In principle, the manufacturer of a product is liable for its guarantees. We accept complaints in writing and forward them to the manufacturer. If we are liable, we may satisfy claims in the following ways:

  • Repair or subsequent delivery
  • Exchange
  • Price reduction
  • Cancellation of the contract

Liability

Upon delivery, responsibility for the goods passes to you. If you damage goods from us, you have to pay us for the repair. If items (especially rental items) are lost or stolen, you must compensate us for the loss. We assume no liability for damages, not even in the case of slight negligence.

Miscellaneous

If individual parts of these General Terms and Conditions are ineffective or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
