We at freddy.solar develop, sell and rent out ready-to-plug-in solar systems to private and commercial users (you).
Conclusion of Contract
Unless otherwise agreed, we accept orders via our web shop. After checking the data, we confirm the order. We can refuse the order without giving reasons. In this case, the full purchase price for the services not yet delivered will be refunded. Our offer is only valid within the European Union.
All prices in our web shop include the statutory value-added tax. The amount of VAT depends on the country of delivery. Select the delivery country during the order process. The shipping costs are displayed during the order process.
Payment and Ownership
We accept payments by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. Payments are due in advance. We process the order after the agreed payment terms have been met. In the event of late payment, we may charge interest on arrears at the rate of 4% per annum. The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
If the goods are not accepted by you and we have to deliver them again, you will have to pay the delivery costs again. The agreed delivery period begins with the transmission of the order confirmation. The goods must be checked immediately for damage. Complaints to the shipping service provider must be documented and reported quickly.
Withdrawal from the Purchase
Within 14 days after receipt of the goods, you can withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons. We accept the withdrawal from the contract in written form, e.g. by email (email@example.com) or via our contact form. This period begins with the receipt of the goods. After a withdrawal, you must return all goods immediately. You must return the goods in the same condition in which you received them. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. After we have received the goods, we will refund the money to you without delay.
Complaints, Guarantees and Warranty
In principle, the manufacturer of a product is liable for its guarantees. We accept written complaints and forward them to the manufacturer. If we are liable, we can satisfy claims in the following ways:
- Repair or subsequent delivery
- Price reduction
- Rescission of the contract
Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery. If you damage any of our goods, you must pay us for the cost of repair. If items (especially rental items) are lost or stolen, you must compensate us for the loss. We accept no liability for damage, even in the case of slight negligence.
Should individual parts of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
