When using the Internet, there is always a risk that unauthorized persons will gain access to data. We have therefore taken measures to make our website and the storage of data as secure as possible. We use a state-of-the-art SSL certificate for our website to encrypt communication.
Requests
We manage inquiries via our website, by e-mail or telephone in the CRM software Insightly and store your name, e-mail address and telephone number there. For inquiries via our website, the automation software Zapier transmits the data to the CRM system. Inquiries are deleted from our CRM system a maximum of 24 months after receipt.
Customer data
We use a WooCommerce database from our Internet provider easyname to process orders . Documents such as offers and invoices are stored in our Google Drive . For delivery, we pass on personal data to parcel service providers. We store personal data and purchase receipts to meet legal requirements. After the necessary retention periods have expired, personal data will be deleted.
Customer reviews
In order to improve our products and services, we ask customers for an honest evaluation. During the checkout process, buyers can opt-in to an invitation to review. If approved, the independent review platform CusRv will send an email invitation to review. Customer reviews can be submitted anonymously.
Newsletter
Users can register for the newsletter with their name and email address. The registration is saved in our newsletter program Mailchimp .
